Terms of Service

RankLah is a community-powered food leaderboard for Malaysian food categories, starting with Klang Valley.

You can browse public rankings without an account. Google sign-in is required to vote or suggest restaurants and categories.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RankLah, or have permission from a parent or guardian if your local law requires it.

Each user may have one active vote per category and may change that vote at any time.

Rankings are community signals, not professional reviews, paid endorsements, or guarantees about a restaurant's quality, safety, opening hours, halal status, pricing, or availability.

RankLah may remove, ignore, or investigate votes that appear fake, automated, incentivised, abusive, or intended to manipulate rankings.

You may suggest restaurants or categories, including your own restaurant, if the information is truthful and useful to the community.

RankLah may approve, reject, edit, merge, or remove suggestions to reduce duplicates, spam, misleading claims, or categories that are not specific enough.

Approved suggestions become part of the public RankLah catalogue. You do not receive payment, ownership, or guaranteed attribution for submitting them.

Do not submit false information, impersonate others, attack users or businesses, interfere with the service, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use bots, rewards, or coordinated campaigns to distort rankings.

RankLah does not sell paid placement in rankings. Commercial submissions are allowed only when they are honest suggestions and go through the same review process as other submissions.

RankLah is an MVP and may change, pause, or remove features, categories, contenders, votes, or pages as the product evolves.

We try to keep the service useful and available, but RankLah is provided as-is and may occasionally be unavailable or contain incomplete information.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Malaysia where applicable.
