Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google, RankLah receives basic account information such as your email address, name, avatar, and Google-linked account identifier through Supabase Auth.

When you vote, we store your selected contender, category, user id, and vote time so we can enforce one active vote per user per category.

When you suggest a restaurant or category, we store the details you submit and link the suggestion to your account for review and abuse prevention.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page view and traffic insights, and may use Sentry for error monitoring when it is configured. These tools help us understand reliability and usage without selling your personal information.

We use account information to authenticate users, keep suggestions accountable, prevent duplicate or manipulated votes, and support admin moderation.

Public rankings show anonymous aggregate signals such as vote counts, ranking order, and recent activity. RankLah does not publicly show who voted for a restaurant.

Approved suggestions may become part of RankLah's public catalogue. If user attribution is later removed, the approved restaurant or category may remain visible as community catalogue content.

RankLah uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Google for sign-in, and Sentry for error monitoring if enabled.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect RankLah or its users, or to investigate spam, abuse, or ranking manipulation.

We keep account, vote, and suggestion records for as long as needed to operate RankLah, maintain ranking integrity, review submissions, and handle abuse or support requests.

If you ask us to delete your account data, we will remove or disconnect personal attribution where practical. Approved public suggestions may remain in the RankLah catalogue without personal attribution.

You can sign out at any time. You can also change your active vote within a category by voting for another contender.

We may update this policy as RankLah changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page.
